How to complete your Personal Information Update form

As a regulated company, we follow extensive anti-money laundering and due diligence guidelines. That is why we are obliged to periodically ask you to update your personal information before specific deadlines through a process called Personal Information Update (PIU). All the information you provide to us is safe and kept strictly confidential.

If you do not complete your PIU form before the specific deadline, trading or funding restrictions will be applied to your account.

You should receive an email from us asking you to complete your PIU form. In the email, click on the link and follow these steps:

1. Click on Continue with your one-key login.

   

2. Enter the email address and password associated with your OANDA account.

   

3. Complete your PIU form.

   

4. Once completed, click on Confirm and Continue at the bottom.

If you completed your PIU form but still have trading or funding restrictions, contact our Customer Experience team.
