How to withdraw funds OANDA (Canada) Corporation

Using the HUB

1. OANDA live account users must log in to the HUB . Next, go to the Dashboard and click on Withdraw . Alternatively, you can go to Accounts, click on the three dots icon next to any account and click on Withdraw .

2. On the WITHDRAW tab, select the account you want to withdraw from and click on CONTINUE .

3. Depending on the withdrawal method you choose, you will be presented with different options.

  • For debit card withdrawals, select an existing card, enter the withdrawal amount and confirm the request.
  • For wire transfers, select an existing verified bank account, enter the withdrawal amount and confirm the request. If you want to withdraw to a new bank account, you must create a new bank account, upload a bank account statement, wait 1-2 business days for manual verification at our end and then initiate the wire transfer.
  • For PayPal withdrawals, select an existing account you wish to withdraw to or use a different PayPal account. For new PayPal accounts, enter the email address, enter a withdrawal amount and confirm the request.

Before making a withdrawal request, notice the withdrawal limit information shown. The withdrawal limit is based on the initial deposit, type of withdrawal method and margin available.

Funds must be returned back to the source and they are subject to our hierarchy rules in order to protect both you and us from fraudulent payment instructions. For more information, refer to our withdrawal methods FAQ.

Using the OANDA mobile app

1. Go to More and click on Withdraw Funds .

2. You will be prompted to continue the process on a web browser. Click on Continue .

3. You will be taken to the HUB. Follow the steps shown in the Using the HUB section.
