How to change the division on the Help Center?
By default you should be taken to the Help Center site that is relevant to your division, which is determined based on the country you are accessing the site from.
Am I viewing content for the division I contracted with?
At the top of each page, a note indicates the relevant OANDA division.
You are currently viewing information relevant to OANDA TMS. If you have contracted with another OANDA division, select that division from the dropdown list to switch to the relevant site
Why is the default Help Center site not the relevant one for me?
In situations such as the following, the default Help Center site may not be applicable to you:

You are and accessing the Help Center from outside of your country of residence

Your contract with OANDA falls outside of the current definition of OANDA’s divisions.
In such situations, you can manually change the division and go to the Help Center site relevant to you.
How can I change the division on the Help Center?
From the note on the top of the page, go to the dropdown and select the appropriate division.
