User guide for the Client Zone
The Client Zone is a one-stop portal for managing your OANDA account. You can access the Client Zone from any device, including your mobile.
For live accounts

From My account in the left navigation, you can take the following actions:

Get an overview of your sub-accounts

Expand each sub-account
-
From the SUMMARY tab, see information about your balance, available funds, MT5 login credentials, email address and phone number registered with OANDA

From the DEPOSIT FUNDS, TRANSFER and WITHDRAWALS tabs, manage funding activities

Download our investment platforms (mobile, desktop and web apps)

Create new sub-accounts by clicking on ACCOUNT OPENING

From Verification in the left navigation, you can take the following actions:

See your account verification status
-
Fill in the suitability and appropriateness questionnaire and W-8BEN questionnaire (required to trade Share CFDs)

Upload additional files such as a proof of address and source of funds

Only clients from Poland can access the Experienced Client section in the left navigation:

It provides access to a knowledge base through videos (50 hours of market training).

From Data change at the top, you can take the following actions:

Review your current data

Update your ID

Change your phone number

Change your tax office

From Passwords and security at the top, you can take the following actions:

Change your password to the Client Zone and all accounts

View your password for documents

Enable Two step verification (2FA) for your Client Zone

For demo accounts

From My account in the left navigation, you can take the following actions:

See your account number

Check your balance
-
Check when your demo account expires

Download our trading platforms

Open a live account

From Passwords and security at the top, you can take the following actions:

Change your password to the Client Zone and demo account

Enable Two step verification (2FA)
