What capabilities does the Client Zone offer?
In the Client Zone, you can make deposits, withdrawals, and transfer your funds. You can also check the amount of available funds. Additionally, clients from Poland can access the Experienced Client tab in the Client Zone. It provides access to an extensive knowledge base in the form of videos (50 hours of market training). What to do if you forget your password for the Client Zone?
If you forget your password for the Client Zone, you can use the password recovery option available on the login panel. After providing your email address, you will receive a password reset link. If you need further support, you should contact our Client Experience team by phone.
How to change your details (bank account number for withdrawals, phone number, email, etc.)?
In the case of an agreement concluded online, simply send an email to cxsupport@oanda.com or makler@tms.pl with a request to change the required data. If the agreement was concluded by correspondence, you should send the completed Customer Data Form to the address of OANDA TMS Brokers.
