Which deposit methods are available? (OANDA Asia Pacific)

As we may sometimes need to contact you about your deposits, we encourage you to closely monitor your email inbox (including your junk folder). Before proceeding, take a note of our following policies:

• We do not accept payments from third parties.

• Ensure that the name on the originating account matches the one on your OANDA account.

• We do not accept payments from other broker accounts. 

• Ensure that your wire transfers are sent from a bank account registered in Singapore under your name.

• We do not accept deposits via PayLah, GrabPay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Any deposits received by these methods will be returned to the depositor's bank account. Documents such as proof of transfer, proof of a wallet top-up, and bank statements will be needed for our verification purposes. If we receive all the required documentation, we will return the funds within 1 to 2 business days. If we don’t receive the required documentation, we will conduct a manual funds return process, which typically takes between 2 to 6 weeks.

PayNow deposits can be accepted from participating banks. Refer to this guide for more information. We do not need a transaction screenshot, unless further transaction verification is required.
