How do I ping or traceroute your MT4 server?

To run a traceroute on Windows:

Please go to your Start menu.
In the Search bar, please type (without quotes) "cmd" then press enter.
In the Command Prompt, please type (without quotes) "tracert fxtrade-ping.oanda.com". Once this finishes, please highlight the contents of this window and press Ctrl + C to copy, and paste the contents into your email and send it to frontdesk@oanda.com .

To run traceroute on MAC OS:

Go to Find > Applications > Utilities > Terminal
In Terminal, enter (without quotes) "tracert fxtrade-ping.oanda.com". One completed, please paste the contents into your email and send it to frontdesk@oanda.com .
