Why are TRY currency pairs unavailable for buying?

OANDA has moved all TRY instruments to reduce-only for the foreseeable future due to settlement and liquidity issues.

Any further deterioration of the TRY market may necessitate margin increases and/or forced closeouts of any open TRY positions, in accordance with our terms under 'Force Majeure Events' and 'market disruptions'.
