What happens if you do not complete the PIU form on time?
If you do not complete your PIU form before the specific deadline, trading or funding restrictions will be applied to your account.
How to submit your PIU form
If you received a notification
If you received a notification to update your PIU, follow these steps:

Choose one of the following methods to start the process:

Email:

Check your inbox (including your junk folder) for an email from us asking you to complete your PIU form.

In the email, click on the link.

Go to step 2.

HUB banner:
-
Log in to the HUB.
-
A banner appears asking you to update your personal information.

In the banner, click on Update Personal Information.

Go to step 2.

Complete your PIU form.
-
Update any details that may have changed.

If you do not have to update anything, verify if the details in the PIU form are correct.

Once completed, click on Confirm and Continue at the bottom.
Once you update the PIU, the restrictions on your account should typically be lifted immediately. If you do not see this change, refer to these troubleshooting steps.
If you want to make a change voluntarily
To update your details, such as phone number or income, follow these steps:

Log in to the HUB.

In the Profile settings tab, click on Personal details. Then, click on EDIT DETAILS.

Complete your PIU form.

Once completed, click on Confirm and Continue at the bottom.
What to do if you completed the PIU form but still have trading or funding restrictions?
If you updated your PIU form but still have trading or funding restrictions, log out and log back in to the relevant system:

If your account had funding restrictions, log back in to the HUB to verify the change.

If your account had trading restrictions, log back in to the trading platforms to verify the change.
