When do you start processing my live account application?
We process your application only after it is complete and submitted. If you have saved an incomplete application, log in to your account to resume your application. Ensure that you submit all the required documents.
I submitted a completed live account application. How long will you take to process it?
Log in to the HUB to track the status of your live account application. The following list shows the 3 steps of an application status:

Step 1 - Submitted application means that we have received your application and our team will review it. This review process typically takes 1 to 2 business days. If we need further information from you, we will send you an email.

Step 2 - Awaiting approval means that we need more information from you before we can complete our review. You should receive an email from us with the next steps. Check your email inbox (including your junk folder) and provide the required information.

Step 3 - Approved means that we have completed our review and your account is approved. You can now fund your account and start trading.
What to do if I still have not received an email from you?
Depending on the time passed since you uploaded the required documents during the live account application process, follow these steps:

If it has been less than 48 hours, allow the full 2 business days for our team to complete the review process. We will email you once the review is finished.

If it has been over 48 hours and you have still not received an email from us, check your spam folder. If you still cannot see the email, contact us.
