Are my funds safe?

We keep your funds separate from our own funds, using other bank accounts than the ones used for holding our funds. The money you entrust to us in connection with the brokerage services provision is not subject to seizure in the event of enforcement proceedings against OANDA TMS Brokers. Moreover, in the event of bankruptcy, it does not become part of our bankruptcy estate.

Client funds deposited into OANDA TMS Brokers' accounts are held in domestic banks. OANDA TMS brokers select the banks and monitor their services. Bank accounts used to hold client funds are separate from the ones used to hold OANDA TMS brokers’ own funds

Our app uses a secure encrypted connection with the server. Orders are executed directly on the trading server, not on the app.

Yes. We protect you against negative balance.
