What is an inactivity fee?
An inactivity fee is a monthly charge that is levied on your account if there has been no trading activity for 12 months. The inactivity period begins the moment you make your first deposit and will be reset once you have an open position on your account. Thereafter, the inactivity period will be calculated again from the point at which there is no trading activity on your account. Bear in mind that inactivity fees will not be charged when there is an open position on your account.
How inactivity fees are levied
An inactivity fee of 30 PLN / 10 EUR / 10 USD / 150 CZK / 30 RON (depending on your account’s home currency) is charged to inactive accounts. If your balance is insufficient to cover the full fee, we will only collect the remaining funds available. Fees are charged starting the month after your account becomes inactive.
When are inactivity fees levied?
Once an account has not had an active/open trade for a period of 365 days, the account will be designated as inactive. Inactivity fees will be applied to inactive accounts by the 10th of each month.
Will levying inactivity fees result in my sub-accounts showing a negative balance?
Levying of inactivity fees will not result in a negative balance on any of your sub-accounts.
How long will I be charged?
Your account will be charged until one of the following conditions is met:
-
You close your account.
-
You resume trading on your account.
-
The balance on your account is reduced to zero.
