How to log in? (OANDA Global Markets)

The OANDA Portal is your one-stop hub for managing your OANDA account.

Once your account is approved and ready for funding, you will receive an email to set up your password. Once done, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the OANDA Portal

  2. Enter the email address associated with your OANDA account

  3. Enter the password you created

  4. Click on Login.

Once you’ve downloaded the OANDA app, follow these instructions:

  1. Click on Continue with your one-key login

    1. If you use the Email address and Password option to sign in, you may see an error message that prevents the login and directs you to the one-key login option

    2. If you don’t see the one-key login option, make sure you are using OANDA 5.6.1672 or higher on Android and OANDA iOS 5.7.1948 or higher on iOS operating systems

  2. Enter your OANDA portal credentials and click Continue.

If you want to change your OANDA Portal password, you can do that via the Portal. Once you have logged in, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Profile tab

  2. Click on the Change Password button

  3. Follow the instructions in the new pop-up window

  4. Click on the Submit button to finish.

You can use the new password to log in to the OANDA Portal and OANDA mobile app.

If you have forgotten your OANDA Portal password, follow these steps:

  1. On the OANDA Portal login page, click on the Forgot Password? option.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your OANDA account and click on Reset Password.

  3. We will send an email to the provided email address. If you do not receive the email, check your junk mail folder.

  4. Click on the link in the email and follow the steps provided to reset your password.

You can use the new password to log in to the OANDA Portal and OANDA mobile app.

OANDA Global Markets does not provide MetaTrader 4 sub-accounts anymore. If you had a MetaTrader 4 live sub-account, it should have been migrated to MetaTrader 5 by our system. To log in, follow our MetaTrader 5 user guide.

New or existing clients not impacted by any migration

When your account is approved, you will receive an email with your MetaTrader 5 login ID, password and server for logging into the MetaTrader 5 platform. For more information on how to log in or change the password, follow our MetaTrader 5 user guide.

Existing clients with accounts migrated from MT4

When we decommissioned MetaTrader 4, we migrated those accounts to MetaTrader 5. You can use your MetaTrader 4 log ID and password credentials to log in to MetaTrader 5 for the first time. Enter OANDA-Live-1 server name. For more information on how to log in or reset the password, follow our MetaTrader 5 user guide.

You can use your OANDA Portal credentials to log in to the TradingView platform. For more information, refer to our TradingView guide.

Demo account users do not have access to the OANDA Portal for account management. You can only log in to the MetaTrader 5 platform.

OANDA Global Markets does not provide MetaTrader 4 sub-accounts any more. If you had a MetaTrader 4 demo sub-account, it was closed. You can create a new MetaTrader 5 demo account.

Depending on your sign-up method, you will receive your demo account login credentials via email or on the platform. For more information on how to log in refer to our MetaTrader 5 user guide.

OANDA Global Markets’s demo accounts cannot be used with TradingView.
