How to find your phone password

A phone password is required to confirm your identity if you call us.

If your OANDA account was opened online, you can find your phone password in the client card sent to you via email after opening your OANDA account. It is a password-protected document. To open it, you need the document password.

If you cannot find the email, check your junk mail folder.

If your OANDA account was opened through a written agreement, you can find your phone password at the bottom of the agreement’s first page.
